Content: Guten Tag, ich habe eines Ihrer Artikel bei Amazon bestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um die magnetische Kindersicherung. Welche wirklich toll funktioniert aber leider fehlen diese kleinen Aufkleber mit dem Schloss drauf. Wäre es möglich diese noch zu erhalten ? MfG Vanessa Utnehmer

Content: Good evening, I recently bought and installed some of your magnetic child safety cabinet locks, and with 3 of them so far, they don't spring back up to the lock position. I took a video, a picture doesn't really show anything, but I don't know how to upload that here. Thank you!!

Content: I purchased the frame and pads from amazon in october when the baby was born. We opened it today. The ink pads are dry and the pressure needed to get the faintest prints are too much for the baby without hurting him. We have had 2 of these before for our other children with no problems, but this one appears faulty. We request a replacement or refund, or new pads. Thank you
